     Along with having extensive life experiences from steel worker to chemist I have overcome personal and family losses and tragedies. I was a volunteer for the National Runaway Switchboard and a "big brother" to a child for 8 years for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Lake County and was the founding Board President of the BIGS (Better Involvement, Greater Support) network there in 2001.

     I recieved my Masters in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Schaumburg, Il. and was a counselor for the Chicago Christian Counseling Center for 12 years. I work with a wide range of issues and specialize in anxiety, depression, sex addiction, codependence and relationships.
